Breton Kinger

Kinger features process water collection by means of a galvanised steel sheet secured to the bottom of the base frame in order to route most of the process water into the foundation drains.

The exclusive workpiece transport system with a 60 cm wide rubber faced slat conveyor and pneumatic pressers with 82mm diameter rollers ensure greater stability of the workpiece during the process.
The pressers are installed with the rotation axis at right angles to the material feeding direction so they do not apply force or rub against the surface of the material upon which they rest.

Oscillating hydraulic system (+90° - 90°) to create R3 rounds on edges.
The oscillating polishing unit composed of six spindles allows the composition of the correct scale of polishing grits for all materials.
By keeping the six spindles fixed in the horizontal position, machine productivity can be increased in case of products with bevelled edges, because the oscillating spindles are used in conjunction with the six fixed horizontal spindles.

Management of interrupted edge processing cycles.
The machine structure has sufficient available space to allow integration of the following devices in the future:
• gauging spindle at infeed
• two vertical pneumatic heads for machining downstands
• spindle with drip groove or rodding groove disc at outfeed

Breton Kinger can also be installed in an evolved fabshop where an external PC (not connected to the machine) can be used to update the progress of production orders and view process information concerning parts to be processed using the Breton Xpress Top software suite (can be purchased separately).
