The service is offered in English, Italian, French, German, and Spanish.
It is also available in Portuguese (Brazilian) and Chinese from our Brazilian and Chinese branches.

Breton assistance covers all time slots.

The service and spare parts service of Breton HQ is available during the following hours (EU CET):
- from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm;
- Saturday from 8 am to 12 noon.

Branches and service centres around the world follow local schedules.

For out-of-hours emergencies, assistance is always available: the call will be forwarded to a specialist technician who can provide assistance remotely or to the branch office operating in the time slot in which the call is received.

In addition to your company data, you need to state the name of the product and the serial number of the machine, with a brief description of the fault and any related error message
