Designed by Tianjing Equipment and distributed by Breton, Microwire is a next-generation ultra-thin diamond wire cutting machine, developed from the experience gained through more than 50 operational installations.

Microwire features a block lifting system for blocks up to 3,500 × 2,000 × 2,100 (H) mm.

The cut thickness varies depending on the pitch of the wire-driving rollers. With a standard 3.5 mm pitch and a 0.55 mm diameter wire, it is possible to cut commercial thicknesses of 20, 30, 40, and 50 mm.

The diamond wire is available in various diameters, with the most commonly used being 0.55 mm, which produces a cutting kerf of 0.6 mm.

On the optional side, the water filtration system extends the lifespan of diamond wires and protects the wire guide rollers by preventing the risk of wire slippage from the grooves. Developed in collaboration with Tianjing, the system is designed to treat water from existing recycling plants in the sawmill, ensuring a flow rate exceeding 900 liters per minute with a turbidity level (FTU) ≤ 20.

Both the machine and its accessories comply with safety standards and meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
