Breton Institute of Technology, innovation as mission

The Breton Institute of Technology – BIT , expression of Breton’s DNA and pioneering spirit, is the department where new technologies are explored and created.

Anticipating the future

Since the early 70s, dedicated research teams have been working in the BIT to develop and industrialise new materials and sustainable technologies applicable to various industrial sectors.

The laboratory has gradually evolved into a modern and articulated research centre that lies at the heart of the development of high-technology solutions, with several sophisticated research and analysis tools.

New materials and production technologies

The BIT works in synergy with Breton's mechanical, electrical and electronic design departments for the industrialisation of new material technologies and production processes.
