The touchscreen on the control panel allows you to manage the suction cups so as to adapt the grip to the shape and nature of the slab to be handled. The vacuum generator is equipped with a safety device that maintains the grip in the event of a power failure. The cycles are programmable via a PLC and the robot's movements are controlled via encoders and inverters.

The airflows inside the oven is designed in a way that the slabs are dried and heated throughout in a uniform mode.
Thanks to in-depth fluid-dynamic studies, a system was found to arrive with the same temperature and flow constancy over the entire area of the material to be dried/catalysed.

Vatoz is an automatic unloading trolley with a tilting bed. The tilting platform is moved by hydraulic pistons via the hydraulic power unit on board the trolley. The Headstart function enables the oven heating system to be activated before the start of the shift. This is the unit that dispenses epoxy resin component A and B in the desired weight ratio. The operator enters the required weight into the system via the touchscreen and the unit dispenses the epoxy components into a container via pneumatic valves. The weight is measured via a precision scale. There is a heatable chamber in the unit to prevent the components from freezing.
