Its autonomous operation allows Ensar Marble to increase productivity and reduce downtime, streamlining each stage of the production process.

Immediately following the 20+20 and 30+30 oven towers, the plant features a slab cleaning unit that ensures the surface is thoroughly cleaned before epoxy application.

This critical step guarantees a perfect bond between the resin and the slab, enhancing the quality and durability of the finished product

A key innovation in the facility is the automated mesh spreading system, which guarantees uniform application of the mesh to reinforce the slabs structurally.

Additionally, the inclusion of a state-of-the-art resin drone automates resin application, reducing waste and increasing precision throughout the process.

Finally, Ensar Marble’s processing line is further optimized by the fifth oven tower, a unit that allows slabs to pass directly into the polishing line without interruptions.
