Black-box on board the machine and scalable software platform

The solution is composed of a hardware component, a black-box on the machine equipped with sophisticated sensor technology and modular soft PLCs, and a software component with a scalable and radically customisable platform based on Microsoft technology.

    Breton Sentinel allows real-time machine status monitoring from a PC, tablet or smartphone.

    The solution allows all personnel from the operator to the production manager to keep track of the operating and performance parameters of all the machines in the workshop.

  • Correct use and accurate monitoring of the spindle can make the difference with respect to overall machine efficiency.

    Evaluation of the main parameters, i.e. speed and torque, is performed by means of advanced sensor technology.
