With its rigid bridge structure, integrated tank, and galvanized slat table, it delivers outstanding stability, reliable slab protection, and safe operation.
The ultra-compact head with advanced kinematics (C ±540°, A ±60°) makes it possible to perform complex geometries and extreme angled cuts with tolerances up to ±0.1 mm.
The exclusive MiterWave Touch system continuously adjusts axis positioning to deliver perfect 45° cuts, even on thin or uneven materials.
The KMT Streamline 50 pump comes standard, delivering up to 3,800 bar / 60,000 psi for fast, precise cutting and reliable productivity even in the most demanding applications. Rounding out the equipment, the electronic dosing unit with Safety System automatically stops the jet when abrasive is absent, protecting the workpiece and lowering operating costs.
The process is managed by the Logotag Cutting CAD/CAM software, which automates programming and offers advanced functions such as lead-in/out, bevel management, loops, bridges, and macro-parametric shapes. With generous axis travels of C (±540°) and A (±60°), the Breton Hydra effortlessly manages complex shapes and extreme angled cuts—including corners and conical holes—maintaining tolerances up to ±0.1 mm (with compensation) across a 4×2 m area. Standard features include an intrinsically safe ON/OFF pneumatic valve, a mixing chamber for a consistent and durable jet, plus a focusing tube set (one main, one spare).
