The patented Hyperock® system redefines the concept of resin treatment as we know it: the future is here, with a qualitatively superior product, more effective technology, and a more sustainable process in relation to the environment and to operator work activities.
Vacuum pressure-impregnation technology makes it possible to increase slab quality and robustness, also in a single passage on the line. Especially useful for fragile, precious, or severely fissured materials, aiding the return on investment: fewer touch-ups, fewer breakages on the line, and elimination of mesh reinforcement from many materials.
The plant can either be highly automated to maximise throughput, or equipped with a manual rolling system to limit the initial outlay while retaining the same technology and the same finished product quality.
