« I joined Breton at the age of 23 in 1992 and I started my career path assisting the then production manager. After a couple of years I had gained a measure of trust which allowed me to grow professionally; I was made head of the assembly department, which at that time had the highest number of personnel. Currently, I am responsible for all management activities concerning Breton's warehouse inventory and external suppliers. The aspect of my job I most enjoy is my role as point of contact between production and general management: it's a dynamic position that offers plenty of opportunity for new ideas and learning. This is one of the reasons I have been with the company for so long: even though I have had the opportunity to move I declined the offers because I have come to consider Breton as part of my family. »

« I graduated in mathematics in the 1990s and after several career moves I joined Breton around 10 years ago. Today I head a group of people (including another woman) who create and manage the software installed on Breton machines. The aspect I find most gratifying about my job is finding technical solutions to the daily work problems, giving people practical tools to put their ideas into action; this, for example, is the background to Vein Matching, the Breton application that simplifies the work of our customers. »

« My path in Breton began in 2015 thanks to an internship for preparation of my university thesis; after graduation I wanted to continue my studies and Breton offered me a dynamic part-time employment contract that allowed me to complete a two-year specialisation course in Mechanical Engineering. Today, I manage the majority of internal information through the development of PLM and CRM platforms and similar. Thanks to Breton, I didn't need to make a choice between education and employment! »

« I started working in Breton in 2005 as a Field Service Engineer for the stone division; I was appointed after sales manager for the fabshop area in 2017 and ultimately, in 2021 I reached my goal: to become Area Manager for North America and the Middle East.
