Breton supports projects and organisations that promote values of solidarity and social progress, especially on the local level.

Since 2018, Breton has taken a stand against gender-based violence by supporting the initiative of women's associations in Bassano del Grappa. With the aim of raising awareness, a charity march was held in Bassano del Grappa on Sunday 19 November 2023, on the occasion of the World Day Against Violence Against Women and the World Children's Rights Day. The funds raised went to support projects for vulnerable women and children in the area.

Breton participated in the programme 'Welcome. Working for refugee integration', for which it won the award, through which UNHCR fosters the integration of refugees into the labour market by promoting the involvement of the private sector.

Breton collaborated with Caritas Treviso, ENAIP and ADECCO to realise this project, which was born out of a desire to respond to a business need by addressing issues related to diversity and inclusion, which bring added value to both the company and the community.

The project, which started in 2022 and was finalised in 2023, has seen the insertion of five figures in Breton's production facilities, following the completion of a specially designed training programme at ENAIP in Cittadella (PD).

Breton continues to support the 'Tina Anselmi- Radici del futuro' by supporting the 'Progetto di Vita' initiative for the realisation of a full and inclusive life of a person with disabilities.

The Tina Anselmi Foundation is a 'community foundation', i.e. a philanthropic, non-profit organisation, the result of a synergy between the public and private sectors, which aims to bring together local players and resources to create new welfare services aimed at the most fragile categories, with a particular focus on the 'Dopo di Noi' (After Us) and on the residency of people with disabilities or psychic fragility.

The Foundation's mission is to build solidarity networks that lead to a more inclusive and co-responsible community: 'We want to build the well-being of our community starting from the needs of the most vulnerable.

More information can be found on the foundation's website.

Breton S.p.A. is proud to have been able to donate a van to the Castello di Godego Civil Defence association. The consignment ceremony was held on the morning of Saturday 2 April, with a blessing by parish priest Don Gerardo Giacometti.

“It gives us great pleasure to know that we can make a tangible contribution to the activities performed by volunteers in local assistance and in relation to national or international emergency events. Thanks are primarily due to all the volunteers for their dedication and precious work on several fronts”. These were the words of Arianna Toncelli, who was given a helmet bearing the Civil Defence emblem – a symbol of safety – by Castello di Godego Civil Defence Association President Paolo Tosetto in acknowledgment of the donation.

Once again this year, Breton is concretely supporting the projects of Dravet Italia Onlus, an association that was set up with the aim of actively working to improve the life quality of children suffering from this severe form of drug-resistant epilepsy, i.e. Dravet Syndrome.
