Ultra-thin diamond-wire cutting machine for marble and travertine blocks

Continuous polishing machine for granite slabs

Thanks to its robustness, highly dynamic beam movements with the possibility of variable ramps, the special configuration of the self-timing light alloy spindles and a series of operating heads unique in the sector, Breton Kappa G represents the most valid investment choice for companies looking for high production and high quality.

The Kappa G spindle has a structure that is unique in the sector, both in terms of configuration and components. In fact, its "beam front" fixing system allows the head axis of rotation to always be perpendicular to the slab to be machined, so the abrasives will rest on the granite perfectly.

Since it is only the head axis and not the entire spindle that bears down on the action of the abrasives with its own weight, it is possible to process even the most precious (superhexotic) materials adequately. The force required to make the abrasive work on the surface can thus be decided by the operator using different pressure values with decimal adjustment.

Moving bridge slab polishing machine

Breton Kappa MM is available in various versions to meet all production requirements. The structure has been designed to bring the spindle-holding beam as close as possible to the work table in order to increase the effectiveness of the spindle action on the slab surface, thus eliminating abnormal vibrations and misalignment between tools and material to be processed.

The polishing-polishing units have a structure in anodised self-tempering aluminium alloy, designed to contain weight and increase rigidity. They are equipped with double cylinders and independent pressure adjustment for each head.

Single wire NC multiaxis shaping machine

A solution for profiling and roughing blocks and slabs with diamond wire capable of interpolating up to 10 axes.

It is equipped with a rototranslating platform (linear movement and rotation of the block carriage), which allows complex profiles such as cylindrical and conical columns, shells for column cladding, furniture mouldings, stairs and cornices to be executed.

The translation and rotation axes of the carriage can be interpolated with the downward movement of the diamond wire for the execution of complex profiles.

Breton Fuego allows working with wire inclined up to +/- 20° blocks with a height of up to 1,800 mm.

Numerically controlled stone slabs handling robot

Robot manipulator for loading, unloading, moving and tilting slab products. Its very low cycle time and smooth movements make it suitable for highly automated plants that also process fragile and valuable materials.

Semi-automatic vertical slab storage system

The new modular vertical storage system for marble, granite, engineered stone and ceramic slabs. Using the innovative opening, it allows a high number of slabs to be stored in small spaces. The system is equipped with vertical supports, that are tilted by 5° to increase the stability of the stored slabs and safety during handling.
