5-axis monobloc disc-type cutting centre

Fully equipped 5-axis disc cutting centre that provides up to 4 different tools installed and ready for use. This generously endowed machine can be fitted with a disc of up to 700 mm in diameter (optional), a core drill bit or mill on the spindle axis, a Rocket Tool with Finger Bit, plus the exclusive and patented Kerasplit for ceramic materials.

The tilting table, spindle vacuum cups, bridge camera, and touch probe make operations of loading/unloading, set up and handling of cut pieces far faster and safer, avoiding material wastage and idle times.

The machine has a Genya Robust hot galvanised steel work table with a plywood strip top and is delivered pre-assembled with prewired electrical cabinet.

Breton Genya is available in high productivity versions: Genya Switch and Genya Flux.

A design developed for robustness and flexibility that exploits the exceptional power and torque available to the full, with Breton's hallmark high mechanical and electronic reliability.

Suitable for all work processes, from cutting of high thickness components for building, urban design and funerary art, to creation of kitchen tops, vanity tops, shower trays, various vertical claddings, drilling and shaping.

SpeedX can be equipped with discs from 400 mm to 2000 mm for execution of right-angle cuts up to 750 mm in depth.

Its rigid structure is designed to withstand the inevitable stresses, especially during the processing of thick stone items.

3 and 4 axis high output monobloc contouring centre

Horizontal edge polisher

Breton Kinger is the advanced horizontal edge polisher for straight edges with bevelled or rounded corners, equipped with a slat conveyor system for finishing straight edges of marble, granite, engineered stone or ceramic workpieces. With its solid spindles, special rubber covered slat conveyor and vast range of accessories available, Kinger is the ideal edge polishing machine for marble fabshops.

Kinger allows creation of bevelled or rounded profiles on one or both edges, gauging of the front and rear of the workpiece, and polishing of edges to perfection, thanks to the oscillating movement of the spindles, which guarantees the removal of shading and a high level of polish.

Semi-automatic vertical slab storage system

The new modular vertical storage system for marble, granite, engineered stone and ceramic slabs. Using the innovative opening, it allows a high number of slabs to be stored in small spaces. The system is equipped with vertical supports, that are tilted by 5° to increase the stability of the stored slabs and safety during handling.

Creating space, increasing storing capacity, diversifying the range of managed articles and making material easily accessible has never been so easy.
